Vision and Ethos
Outwood Alternative Provision Eston is an innovative centre for students from Outwood Academies who need behavioural, social, emotional, or mental health support. Our mission, driven by a deep commitment to inclusion, is to help vulnerable students who are at risk of exclusion. We operate with smaller classes, focusing on each student's personal development and well-being while upholding strong academic standards. Our goal is to ensure every student succeeds and transitions confidently into further education, employment, or training.
Head of Centre Rachel Conway's vision is to transform lives through a nurturing, inclusive, and aspirational learning community. We provide personalised support to empower every student, helping them build resilience and realise their full potential.
